PeopleTec is currently seeking anAcquisition Analystto support ourHuntsville, ALlocation.Duties Include:Provides contractual support to the PEO Aviation CustomerReviews, analyzes, and applies the Federal Acquisition Regulation and applicable statutory/regulatory requirements in support of all the assigned requirements.Prepares and executes complete contract requirement packages in support of all assigned requirementsPrepares and maintains acquisition plans, appropriate milestone charts and related schedules for all the assigned requirementsSupports, develops, coordinates, and configures contract requirements packages, contract schedules, and applicable briefingsDevelops, tracks, and staffs all milestone documentation for all assigned requirementsProvides and implements strategic direction and problem solving in support of all assigned requirements programs regarding contract execution & managementPerforms acquisition planning, identification of requirements, and updates to changes in requirementsIdentifies and recommends solutions to procurement problems and inappropriate lead timesJustifies unique procurement actions and recommend solutionsRequired Skills/Experience:Expertise and in-depth knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, policies, ethics, and all other applicable statutory/regulatory documentation as it relates to the contract acquisition processExperience in acquisition planning, creating, and staffing contract requirements packagesContract experience in managing requirements and providing acquisition supportTravel: Up to 20%Must be a U.S. CitizenAn active DoD Secret clearance is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have an active Secret clearance upon hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment.Education Requirements:BA/BS Degree and over 10 years of relevant work experience OR MA/MS Degree and over 8 years of relevant work experience; Additional experience and education combinations may be considered.People First.
