Frontier is the most fuel-efficient of all major U.S. carriers when measured by ASMs per fuel gallon consumed.What Will You Be Doing?The Flight Schedules Analyst develops and modifies flight schedules to improve schedule modularity, creates and modifies crew solutions, publishes flight schedules, coordinates publication of partner schedules, monthly closeouts and daily activities in the current schedules.Essential FunctionsHandle Sabre Schedule Manager to build and improve efficient schedulesManage schedules to get other departments (SOC, Crews, RM/Pricing and Customer Service) operational schedulesGenerate reports to keep schedules within the schedule modularity goalsRegularly review and adjust all block times bases on latest data and communicate requested adjustments to Sr Analyst and ManagerManage flight numbersMaintain fleet count and available aircraft timeDevelop/modify/manage schedule files using flight scheduling softwareResolve scheduling issues with Customer ServiceAct as a resource when schedule questions ariseLead for teaching/training/developing and mentoring other Schedules AnalystsManipulate scheduling software to create new reports and processes that improve scheduling efficiency and communicationProduce statistical files to finance accounting and forecasting teamsEfficient prioritization of daily responsibilitiesAttend industry conferences at managers requestParticipate and assist with Flight Schedules Analysts and Sr Schedules Analysts responsibilitiesOther FunctionsGenerate schedule load/publication files to accurately display Frontier schedules in industry reservation systems using advanced excel formulas to complete taskGenerate reports and communicate schedule information to departments throughout the companyWork with business partners to produce operationally viable schedulesQualificationsDegree in business administration, mathematics, statistics, economics, aviation management or similar discipline1 to 3 years experience in data analysis, planning/scheduling, airline operations or another related field requiredSabre Schedule Manager utilization and report generationPrior experience in analysis, planning and/or airline operations (Operations Control, Airport Operations, Crew Planning/Scheduling, Maintenance Planning/Operations …) - preferredInterest in airline planning and schedulingKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesProficiency in MSOffice products (Excel/Word/PowerPoint)Understanding of creating and running SQL queriesInterest in airline planning and schedulingExcellent organizational skillsExcellent written and oral communication skillsKnowledge of aircraft and aircraft performanceKnowledge of basic statistical conceptsKnowledge of North American geographyEquipment OperatedStandard office equipment, including PC, copier, fax machine, printerWork EnvironmentTypical office environment, adequately heated and cooledOccasional travel may be requiredPhysical EffortGenerally, not required.Supervision ReceivedGeneral Direction: The incumbent normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work and receives general instructions on new assignments.Positions SupervisedNoneThis position may be hired as an Analyst I or II depending on individual experience and qualificationsSalary: $48,000 - $77,508 Please note: this posting has a closing date of 10/8/2025, midnight MT.Disclaimer: The above statements are intended only to describe the general nature and level of work required of the referenced position; they are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, and skills required of individuals in this position.
