Wolf is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our growing and well-established national Top 100 CPA firm. The Sales Development Representative is responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities for Wolf's three (3) lines of service; Assurance, Tax, and Advisory Group including Wolf's Cyber professional services. Daily, you will procure or create targeted lists fitting our client profile and contact individuals on these lists in a number of ways, ultimately with the goal of identifying and qualifying warm or hot leads to be passed along to the senior sales team. The Sales Development Representative is a member of the business development team in the Boston office, and reports to the Director of Business Development, with additional supervision provided by the Senior BD Reps and niche leaders. This position is a full-time, year-round position, and would suit an individual who has demonstrated success in lead generation and is ready to advance their sales career in professional and related services.** Candidates should be located within commuting range to downtown Boston and able to be in the office during weekly required meetings, quarterly planning, and special events. This is a remote role.Research (30%)Research and develop target lists for multiple service offeringsConduct in-depth research on high-value targets as directed and requiredReview newsreels and other sources to continually add new targets to the databaseUse Wolf Tech stack of Salesforce, Pardot, and Zoom info to create Niche based campaignsLead Generation & Qualification (70%)Conduct targeted outreach via cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn and other methods to generate and qualify leadsQualify prospects to determine fit and readiness for Wolf's servicesSchedule qualified meetings and demos for senior sales team membersRecord all activities in Salesforce CRMProvide regular updates and reports to Director of Business Development on all activitiesLiaise with colleagues to expand knowledge of potential service offerings and intelligence on desired targetsSpecial ProjectsOther duties as assignedBachelor's degree0-2 years of inside sales or lead generation experience desiredProven track record in outbound prospecting and lead qualificationKnowledge of Audit/Tax/IT/Cyber services desired but not requiredSolid business and sales knowledgeStrong listening/comprehension and qualification skillsAbility to build rapport quickly and identify prospect needsAbility to stay composed and objectiveConversational, patient and confident, with a positive attitudeExcellent oral and written communication skillsProven ability in web-based researchExceptional organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to successfully manage multiple projects and prioritize work assignmentsProven record of projecting a professional imageAbility to work effectively with diverse personalities; tactful, mature and flexibleExperience with LinkedIn Navigator, Outreach.io and Salesforce CRM preferredWolf & Company, P.C. is committed to striving to be an employer of choice that embraces inclusion & diversity. In addition to base pay, you may be eligible to participate in our performance-based incentive compensation or sales commission plans.
