We’re looking for a friendly, reliable Client Service Representative (CSR) to be the welcoming face for our clients and their pets.About the Role:Shifts:Weekdays only (no weekends!)Hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 6:00 PMFull-time or (part-time opportunity for the right candidate)Responsibilities Include:Greeting clients and pets warmly and professionallyAnswering phones, scheduling appointments, and checking in patientsManaging medical records and handling billing/payment processingSupporting the veterinary team by keeping the front end running smoothlyMaintaining a clean and organized front desk and lobby areaWhat We're Looking For:Prior customer service experience (veterinary or medical preferred)Excellent communication and multitasking skillsAbility to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environmentTeam-oriented, dependable, and compassionateA true love for animals and helping peopleFull-Time Employee Benefits:We take care of our team so you can focus on taking care of our clients and their pets.
