Minimum Qualifications:Master’s degree in the mental health fieldWell-developed interpersonal and communication skillsWorking knowledge of de-escalation and crisis managementWorking knowledge of EHR systemsLicensure/Certification/Registration:One of the following:Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) through the Alabama Board of Examiners in Counseling (ABEC)Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) through the Alabama Board of Examiners in Marriage and Family Therapy (ABEMFT)Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) by the Alabama State Board of Social Work Examiners (ABSWE) *Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) by the Alabama State Board of Social Work Examiners (ABSWE)*Clinical supervision by a LICSW-S to meet requirements for LICSW available.Plans, organizes, coordinates, and implements comprehensive therapy to assigned patients in order to provide patient care which meets Infirmary Health’s (IH) standards of quality, efficiency, and desired outcomes.
