Job Summary: We are seeking a Programs Manager (EHS - Environmental Health and Safety) u2013 Safety, Facilities, and OPEX with 3+ years of experience in Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) and program management. This on-site role, based in Santa Rosa, CA, focuses on ensuring workplace safety, managing EHS programs, and supporting operational excellence initiatives. Key Responsibilities: u2022 Monitor workplace safety and conduct risk assessments u2022 Lead EHS training, audits, and incident investigations u2022 Manage hazardous material handling and compliance u2022 Oversee emergency response plans and site security u2022 Provide facilities oversight and project management support for OPEX initiatives Qualifications: u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field (or equivalent experience) u2022 3+ years of hands-on and program-level EHS experience u2022 Strong understanding of EHS regulations and safety standards u2022 Excellent communication and project management skills We are looking for the candidate who are eligible to work with any employers without sponsorship .
