Join PCI as a Facilities Maintenance Technician I, whereyou'll play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of acutting-edge pharmaceutical and medical manufacturing facility. You'llwork hands-on with experienced technicians, learning how to operate,maintain, and troubleshoot key utilities and systems that keep our labs,warehouses, and production buildings running safely and efficiently. Ifyou thrive in a fast-paced environment, love solving problems, and wantto be part of a team that values precision and quality-you belonghere.What You'll Be Doing Support the maintenance and operation ofcritical facility systems (HVAC, clean utilities, steam, WFI, plumbing,mechanical, and electrical) Perform routine inspections and preventivemaintenance to keep equipment reliable and audit-ready Assist withtroubleshooting and basic repairs under the guidance of seniortechnicians Complete preventative maintenance tasks and documentationwith attention to detail and compliance Learn and follow safetyprotocols including LOTO and Work Permits Respond to on-call oremergency issues as directed by your supervisorWhat You Bring Highschool diploma or equivalent (technical/vocational training is a plus)1-2 years of experience in a GMP or regulated facility (preferred, notrequired) Strong mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn Basiccomputer skills, including Microsoft Outlook Ability to lift up to 50lbs and be on your feet throughout the day Team-oriented with a positiveattitude and strong work ethic Basic knowledge of safety practices and awillingness to follow procedures Ability to identify problems andcontribute to solutions, even under supervisionWhy You'll Love WorkingHere Learn from experienced professionals in a clean, high-techenvironment Grow your skills in a regulated industry with strong careerdevelopment potential Be part of a mission-driven company producingproducts that improve lives Work in a...
