What You'll Do + Design and implement a comprehensive, platform-centric architecture that places artificial intelligence at its core, enabling seamless integration and scalability across multiple applications within the Global Governance domain. + Lead small groups of six to ten engineers in software development and design, identifying short- and long-term solutions and timelines. Review and approve proposed solutions, implement new architectural patterns, and perform design and code reviews of changes. + Maintain a pulse on the ever-evolving landscape of regulations and laws in Governance domain and ensuring that are cascaded down to the pertinent systems in Governance space with minimal changes. + Demonstrate adeptness in managing multiple initiatives simultaneously, while upholding the highest standards of quality and efficiency. + Prioritize operational excellence by continuously monitoring and optimizing the performance of systems to meet or exceed defined Service Level Objectives (SLOs). + Establish best-in-class alerting and monitoring mechanisms for application in governance domain, enabling proactive detection and resolution of issues.
