We'll trust you to provide support to all customers, brokers and program sponsors of the assigned accounts and support our sales team when they are out of the office.What you can expect:Culture of innovation, teamwork, supportive colleagues and leaders willing to invest in talentInternal mobility opportunitiesVisibility to senior leaders and partnership with cross functional teams Opportunity to impact changeBenefits - competitive compensation, paid time off, comprehensive wellness benefits and programs, employer funded health savings account, profit sharing, 401k, paid parental leave, employee stock purchase plan, tuition assistance and professional continuing educationWe'll count on you to:Support all aspects of stop loss activities for both new business and renewal including but not limited to following up on all outstanding requirements for policy issuance, scheduling and conducting on-boarding calls when necessary, set-up of account information in company database.Onboard new and renewal policies by preparing and distributing all policy documents and acknowledgement letters.Coordinate Producer’s Request for Information documents with all applicable functional areas within the company and provide timely responses.Oversee the distribution of implementation material to brokers for transmittal to policyholder for both new business and renewal.Manage client relationships by timely and efficiently responding to customer’s inquiries regarding claim payment, premium payments, commissions and questions pertaining to policy provisions.Review paid premium reporting for change in covered lives, enrollment.Review commission payment summaries and reconcile any discrepanciesStrengthen and enhance client, TPA and Producer relationships.Provide sales support to sales manager during peak teams and during travel periods.Provide ad-hoc reports to both sales managers and producers upon requestWhat you need to have:3-5 years group insurance or reinsurance experienceCustomer focused, pro-active mindset; excellent organizational, interpersonal and project management skillsDay-to-day client management experienceStrong consulting and interpersonal skills, with an ability to interact with brokers, clients, and service vendorsExcellent verbal and written communications skills, with a strong ability to learn and understand ways to organize high activityDemonstrate good judgment, ability to prioritize, and sense of urgency with the ability to work autonomouslyDemonstrate a teamwork mindset and commitment to account resultsProficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPointAbility to travel 10% (potentially once a year for 2-3 days)Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with management and staff to further the company’s missionWhat makes you stand out:Bachelor’s DegreePrevious Client Relationship Manager experienceIn-depth knowledge of Employer Stop Loss business preferredWe do not accept any unsolicited resumes from external recruiting agencies or firms.The company offers a competitive compensation plan and robust benefits package for full time regular employees which for this role include:• Base Salary Range: $70-80k• Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, Wellness, Paid Time Off, 401(k) and generous Profit-Sharing plans.The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.Sponsorship not Offered for this Role
