JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description Role Snapshot The Senior Compliance,Ethics and Privacy Specialist serves as the Office of Foreign AssetsControl (OFAC)/Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)/ Anti-Money Laundering (AML)Compliance Officer and is responsible for managing the OFAC ComplianceProgram. The Senior Specialist will support all lines of business andperform the functions required by the Compliance program includingconducting internal investigations of potential violations of the Codeof Conduct, investigating and reporting privacy incidents, developingand presenting training, reviewing conflict of interest surveys, andother compliance program projects and initiatives. This role isresponsible for coordinating certain external audits for the Health Plandivision. Salary Range $75,000 - $95,000 The base pay offered for thisposition may vary within the posted range based on your job-relatedknowledge, skills, and experience. Work Location Our first considerationwill be to have this new employee live in the state of Wisconsin to takeadvantage of Hybrid work and collaboration. Employees living within 45miles of WPS Headquarters (1717 W. Broadway in Madison, WI) will beexpected to be able to be able to work Hybrid 2 days a week. As asecondary consideration, we do offer remote work in the followingapproved states: Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa,Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, New Jersey, North Carolina,Ohio, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia, Wisconsin In this role you will:Serve as the OFAC/BSA/AML compliance officer, maintaining the OFACcompliance program and facilitating workflow reviews related toexclusion list scans. Conduct compliance risk assessments. Collaboratewith business units to support adherence to industry standards and legalrequirements. Conduct investigations of compliance concerns ormisconduct and suspected privacy incidents. Lead the successfulimplementation of the annual compliance communication plan includingintranet articles, compliance newsletter, corporate compliance survey,Corporate Compliance and Ethics Week, and compliance training materials.Serve as the primary compliance and privacy point of contact for WPSData Logistics. Coordinate certain external audits for the Health Plandivision. Coordinate annual updates of the Corporate Compliance Program,support the maintenance of corporate policies and department procedures.Monitor trends in compliance and ethics surveys and incident reports toidentify areas for improvement. Promote awareness of ethicaldecision-making and reporting responsibilities across all levels of theorganization.
