Location: Onsite in Bridgeville, PA (Tuesday - Saturday 11pm - 7am)Job Type: Full Time / Contract to HireWork Authorization: No SponsorshipThe A.C.Coy Company has an immediate need for an IT Support Technician. Ideal candidates must have 5-10 years of prior Service desk or Operations support experience. Must be able to work third shift (11pm -7am).Operations team provides 24X7X365 on-site supportEnsure all hardware/software problems/Infrastructure issues are logged (tickets) and the appropriate staffs are notifiedPerform equipment/network/fiber/copper installs and decommissionsHandle production changes and system turnoversThird shift (11pm - 7am) Tuesday - SaturdayEducation:Bachelor's degree - PreferredExperience Required:IT Service Desk or Operations support - 5 -10 yearsWindows 10/11, Active Directory, Ticketing system (Any will be considered) - 5+ yearsInstallation and decommissioning of equipment/network/routers/servers - 1+ yearsDocumentation experience - able to provide detailed write up of problem and resolution - 5+ years
