PI Attorney

Description We are looking for an attorney with experience handling personal injury matters to join a dynamic team in the Valley. In this role, you will manage personal injury cases from initiation to resolution, playing a key part in ensuring justice for our clients. Responsibilities: u2022 Handle personal injury litigation cases from inception through resolution, including drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs. u2022 Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies. u2022 Manage discovery processes, including drafting and responding to discovery requests. u2022 Participate in depositions and prepare witnesses for testimony. u2022 Advocate for clients during hearings, mediations, and trials. u2022 Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to develop case strategies. u2022 Maintain clear communication with clients to provide updates and address their concerns. u2022 Stay current on relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance and effective representation. u2022 Utilize technology and AI tools to streamline legal processes and case management. u2022 Contribute to a positive and organized work environment by participating in team events and initiatives. Requirements u2022 Must have a minimum of 2 years of litigation experience, preferably in personal injury law. u2022 Active license to practice law in California. u2022 Strong skills in drafting motions, pleadings, and legal briefs. u2022 Proficiency in managing discovery processes and conducting depositions. u2022 Experience advocating for plaintiffs in personal injury cases. u2022 Knowledge of civil litigation procedures and relevant laws. u2022 Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. u2022 Familiarity with legal technology and AI tools is a plus.
