Facilites Assistant

We are looking for a reliable Facilities Assistant to help keep our workplace clean, safe, and running smoothly. This role includes hands-on maintenance, cleaning, organizing, and supporting daily operations.Duties• Perform basic maintenance (electrical, plumbing, HVAC).• Assist with equipment troubleshooting and minor repairs.• Handle small welding, painting, or similar tasks.• Keep restrooms, offices, workshops, and outdoor areas clean and organized.• Manage supplies, inventory, and deliveries.• Assist with facility projects, ensuring safe and timely completion.• Support the Facility Manager with scheduling• Respond to staff requests for maintenance or facility issues.Qualifications • Good communication skills.• Basic knowledge of building maintenance and repair.• Comfortable using tools and equipment.• Experience with supplies or deliveries is a plus.• Able to work independently and in a team.• Strong problem-solving skills and initiative.• Focus on safety and cleanliness.
