Our associates operate within departmental, investor, and legal guidelines to help achieve key company objectives.We're looking for a Senior Collections Associate (Business to Business Collections) to join our ever-evolving Finance and Shared Services team to help us unleash the potential of every businessThis is a hybrid position in our Cincinnati Office: Two Days Onsite, Three Days Remote.What you'll own as a Senior Collections AssociateUtilize yourcustomer Service skillsto effectively manage and resolve delinquent customer accounts through various means, including skip-tracing, written correspondence, inbound/outbound phone contact (standard/automated dialer), and making arrangements for payment.Monitor the aging of customer receivables and take corrective action to resolve open accounts receivable balances on a timely basis.Resolve customer issues and complaints concerning billing/settlement.Submit regular reports on the status of unpaid accounts and any repayment progress, ensuring the processing of payments and accurate documentation in the appropriate reports.Support other accounting positions as the need arises.Work independently and manage a workload that contains time-sensitive tasks, effectively prioritizing problems while contributing to overall team goal achievement.Update customer files to ensure data integrity.What you'll bring:Demonstrated customer service skillswith a minimum of 2 years ofcall center experience, ensuring high-quality support and resolution for client inquiries.High school diploma or GED requiredBusiness-to-business (B2B) experience desiredTechnical skills including Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Billing/Collections software preferredIt's a bonus if you have:Great verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate in a persuasive and professional mannerIntermediate computer navigation and operation skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentPrevious experience in collections is preferredAbout the teamTo learn more about our winning teams, check out our world-class teams that own it every day.What makes a WorldpayerWhat makes a Worldpayer?
