To learn more about playing for Team Amcor, visitwww.amcor.com|LinkedIn|YouTubeDiagnoses and resolves processing related problems on molding cells.Determines and implements corrective actions and evaluates effectiveness as appropriate.Warrants the best compliance at all times for all molding processes to their established standard across the factory (in terms of cycle time, quality, safety for both employees and machines, and sustainability).Monitors machine/process operations and documentation to ensure quality standards are maintained.Follows data and process documentation.Creates detailed mold repair work information form sheets as needed and turns them in to Tool Room.Utilizes analytical and Scientific Injection Molding troubleshooting techniques for achieving continuous improvement. Follows planned and unplanned activities in conjunction with department production monitoring systemMaintains direct involvement on all area-related processing and equipment problems, interacting with Quality, Maintenance, Tool Room, and Engineering.Communicates with prior and oncoming shift personnel regarding daily issues encountered.Ensures that the raw materials and auxiliary equipment within work cell are properly dispositioned and organized, working with Material Handlers and Machine Attendants.Investigates scrap reduction techniques within work cell and improves part capture.Supports and maintains all policies of the company including but not limited to ISO/BRC Standards, Health and Safety requirements, Continuous Improvement, and standard work procedures.Experience with problem solving methodologies.Troubleshooting and processing experience.Basic computer skillsScientific Injection Molding knowledgeExperience using an overhead crane for mold installation.Manufacturing environmentAbility to life up to 50 lbs.Must be able to stand/ walk 80% of the time.Benefits of being a part of the Amcor plant include:Competitive Base SalaryPaid Holidays and VacationMedical Plan, Dental, and Vision InsuranceHSA/FSA Savings AccountHealthy 401K MatchCompany provided Short-term & Long-term Disability & Life InsuranceCareer Progression Opportunities$25.00-33.00 per hour, depending on experince, plus night shift differentialAmcor is a global leader in packaging solutions for consumer and healthcare products.
