JOB REQUIREMENTS: Title: Bilingual Customer Service / Phone IntakeRepresentative (Fully Remote) Duration: 3+ months Contract Pay rate:$15/hr w2 Location: Madison, WI 53703 (Remote) Shift timings:Rotational Between Monday - Friday, 8 AM 5 PM BG/DT required: Yes JobDescription: Respond to inquiries (phone and email) based on informationincluded in the public-facing website guidance, FAQs, or otherdocumentation or guidance shared directly from supervisors/lead Respondto email inquiries within 2 hours (except inquiries that requireescalation) Respond to phone calls/voicemails within 1 hour, making atleast 3 documented attempts to reach providers within 72 hours beforearchiving the conversation Attend necessary training Install anynecessary technology tools Participate in scheduled team calls or othercommunications strategies Follow guidance outlined in Support CenterResource Guide and associated documentation Email templates and phonescripts Response protocol logging provider contact and conversationInstalling any necessary technology tools Respond to provider inquiriesDistribute escalations to other contacts as necessary Create protocolfor regular communication to share common issues, call/email volume, anddiscuss support needs About our Company: - 22nd Century Technologies,Inc., is one of the fastest growing IT Service Integrator and WorkforceSolution companies in the United States.
