One of our residential programs located in Albany, NY currently has a full-time, 40-hour Assistant Residential Manager (ARM) position available. The schedule for this position is Saturday 8am-10pm, Wednesday 8am-4:30pm, Thursday & Friday 2pm-10pm. The rate of pay is $21.50 per hour + differentials. This is an hourly, non-exempt position. The ARM will support and care for people with intellectual or other developmental disabilities. The Assistant Residential Manager assists the Residential Manager to ensure the program is running safely and effectively. This can include but is not limited to assisting the people with getting ready for the day or going to bed, cooking, cleaning, medication assistance, and participating in social/recreational activities in the community - and just plain have fun while making a difference Want to be a WWAARC Assistant Residential Manager and join our Team?
