Description We are looking for an accomplished and discreet financial leader to join a private family office in Fort Worth, Texas. This senior-level role involves overseeing the comprehensive financial affairs of a multigenerational family, including investments, real estate, and coordination with external advisors. The ideal candidate will demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and the ability to support philanthropic initiatives alongside financial operations. Responsibilities: u2022 Direct the management of personal financial affairs for the principal and their immediate family. u2022 Supervise budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and detailed financial reporting processes. u2022 Consolidate financial statements and net worth reports to provide clear insights. u2022 Evaluate and recommend private and public investment opportunities, conducting thorough due diligence. u2022 Track investment performance and provide strategic recommendations to enhance financial outcomes. u2022 Oversee residential and investment real estate portfolios, including vendor relations and capital improvements. u2022 Ensure compliance with insurance, tax regulations, and property documentation. u2022 Coordinate with legal, tax, and accounting advisors to ensure seamless financial operations. u2022 Assist with charitable giving and philanthropic efforts, both domestically and internationally. u2022 Provide operational and financial support to family members, including logistical assistance when needed. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 10u201315 years of experience in senior finance roles, ideally within family offices or private wealth management. u2022 Expertise in managing complex personal finances for high-net-worth individuals or families. u2022 Strong analytical skills in investment analysis, portfolio management, and due diligence. u2022 Knowledge of real estate management, private equity, and multi-asset class investing. u2022 Comprehensive understanding of tax planning, estate structures, and intergenerational wealth strategies. u2022 Proven ability to manage vendors, negotiate contracts, and oversee financial operations. u2022 Bachelor's degree required; advanced certifications in finance or related fields preferred. u2022 Exceptional discretion, professionalism, and ability to navigate sensitive family dynamics.
