Sr. Accountant

Description Position: Senior Family Office Accountant A dynamic and expanding financial management firm with multiple office locations is seeking an experienced Senior Family Office Accountant to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the complete accounting and financial reporting processes for a select group of high-net-worth families. Primary Responsibilities + Manage all accounting operations to provide clear and accurate reporting on client financial positions + Supervise bill payment processes and ensure timely execution + Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal departments and service teams + Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow plans for affluent clients + Prepare detailed financial statements, reports, and ad-hoc analyses + Conduct specialized financial analysis and assist with strategic projects as needed + Handle household payroll and related recordkeeping for clients + Supervise and review work of junior accounting staff to ensure accuracy and compliance Requirements Skills & Qualifications + Bacheloru2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline (Masteru2019s preferred) + CPA certification strongly preferred + Minimum of 4 years of relevant accounting experience + Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite + Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail + Excellent written and verbal communication abilities + Proactive, hands-on approach with a strong sense of accountability and initiative + Analytical thinker with sound judgment and problem-solving ability + Collaborative team player who is dependable, motivated, and adaptable Robert Half is the worldu2019s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
