Join the team that is ensuring one person - one identity.Retrieve biometric files to upload to the federal portalEvaluate data in biometric files to ensure accuracyReport on biometric submittals to ensure full transmissionResubmit biometric files that did not transmit properly, follow up with federal POCs if transmission issues identifiedReview credentialing files and work with candidates to obtain missing, incomplete, and expiring itemsInputting data into Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool for tracking candidates through credentialing processWork with cross functional teams with recommendations on how to improve and further develop Customer Relationship Management (CRM) toolOversee all regulatory compliance expectations for state and federal programsFormulate criteria and workflows for candidates to follow to meet state and federal requirements to gain system accessIdentify and recommend improvements to workflows and processes to improve accuracy and efficiencySpecialized knowledge of Microsoft Excel required to perform daily inputs, building functions, sorting, and filtering large amounts of data and ability to generate data drive reports weekly and on demandMaintain confidential records and data, including but not limited to sensitive security information, personnel contact information, background check submittal information, and employer informationUse Microsoft Outlook daily to perform administrative dutiesParticipate in collaborative meetings and may serve as point of contact for specific programs or platformsSupport recurring internal and external audit of recordsApply concept of continuous improvement to develop new skills during changing initiativesCommunicate with internal personnel as well as external job applicantsAdhere to all company and department employment policies regarding security and confidentiality**The US base salary range for this position is $39,530 - $53,321 + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the compensation target for the role across all US locations. Individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
