Work will be a hybrid/remote schedule in Westlake, TX. The Senior Software Engineer will provide technical leadership and oversight, implement architecture recommendations, work with technical partners, and assist developers and testers as needed. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance._ _Rate: $60 - $64 / hr. w2_ Responsibilities: u00b7 Tech lead role who will be responsible for leading a team of developer and analysts to deliver business value by coordinating with Architects, Analysts and Product owners u00b7 Accountable for delivery of functional software, sprint to sprint, release to release u00b7 Perfection in software development practices and procedures u00b7 Participates in application level architecture u2013 able to drive the solution u00b7 Develops original and creative technical solutions to ongoing development efforts u00b7 Responsible for QA readiness of software work you are doing (end-to-end tests, unit tests, automation) u00b7 Responsible for supporting implementation of initiatives u00b7 Works on sophisticated assignments and often multiple phases of a project u00b7 Assists in developing departmental technical policies and procedures Experience Requirements: u00b7 Extensive experience in Reporting & Visualization, Data Analytics and Data engineering. u00b7 Expert-level knowledge of front-end architecture and frameworks using Angular, JavaScript and Typescript. u00b7 Extensive Experience in Power BI including Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, Power Query, and custom visuals. u00b7 Good understanding of Embedding Power BI reports in Angular based web applications, including security, identity and access management. u00b7 Extensive experience in cloud platforms (Azure and AWS) including services such as Function Apps, Blob Storage, Azure Devops, Microsoft Fabric, EKS, RDS and S3. u00b7 Experience developing Python applications including APIs and Automation scripts. u00b7 Experience in Snowflake highly preferred.
