The firm is known for its supportive, career-focused culture, offering mentorship, advancement opportunities, and generous rewards for high-quality work. ufeffWhat Youu2019ll Do + Manage Fund and General Partner ledgers, including quarterly expenses, accruals, intercompany activity, investment transactions, and partner allocations. + Prepare and review quarterly and annual financial statements. + Support annual audits and tax filings. + Monitor cash positions across assigned funds. + Calculate, record, and process capital calls and distributions for funds and investments. + Partner with Investor Relations to respond to limited partner inquiries. + Prepare and deliver ad-hoc analyses and reports to support decision-making. Requirements + Experience in private equity or partnership accounting strongly preferred. + Familiarity with cash flow analysis. + 5+ years of audit or fund accounting experience. + Bacheloru2019s degree in Accounting, Business, or Economics. + CPA or progress toward CPA is a plus. + Strong time management and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
