Pay rate: $15.00 - $30.00 an hour Depend on experience 1st Shift : Monday o Friday 7:30 am to 3:30pm Temp to Hire Key Responsibilities of a Fiberglass Finisher: + Structural Repairs: Addressing defects like air voids, cuts, cracks, and chips in fiberglass surfaces, as well as repairing gel coat. + Cosmetic Repairs: Polishing, buffing, and sanding fiberglass surfaces to achieve a smooth, high-quality finish. + Gel Coat Application and Repair: Applying and repairing gel coat, a durable, pigmented coating that protects fiberglass and provides a smooth, glossy surface. + Tool Usage: Using hand and power tools, such as sanders, buffers, and polishers, to achieve desired finishes. + Quality Control: Inspecting finished products for defects and ensuring they meet specified standards. + Safety Compliance: Following safety regulations and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
