You’ll follow a set cleaning schedule and ensure all assigned areas meet quality and safety standards.*Training provided*Job Title: Restroom Cleaner (Full-Time - 2nd Shift)Hours: 4:00 PM - 12:30 AMDays: Monday - FridayPay: $19.62 per hourClean and maintain 15-16 restrooms per shift across 3 buildings (including 2-4 All-Gender restrooms).Dust and disinfect dispensers, partitions, sinks, countertops, and mirrors.Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.Mop floors using proper procedures, chemicals, and equipment.Clean air vents using extendable dusters (3-8 ft range).Pay attention to detail in often-missed areas such as floor drains; follow proper protocols for cleaning and maintenance.Report maintenance or lighting issues to your supervisor promptly.Follow the cleaning schedule and direction provided by the Servicon Operations Team.Great verbal/written communication skills (Spanish a plus)Identify and address issues according to processTime management skillsAble to adjust priorities/tasks as needed1 year of custodial cleaning experience or equivalent preferredPrevious Restroom cleaning duties preferred but not requiredOpen to training and learning new processesHigh school diploma or GED equivalentA friendly, respectful, energetic corporate culture that will allow you to thriveTraining providedWork in an environment where you can see the difference you make dailyEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)
