Customer Service Care Coordinator

This position is responsible for managing all aspects of the post-sale relations between 360Care and the contracted long-term care facilities.Serve as primary contact for contracted facility personnel by communicating regularly with facility contact, territory marketers, local management, and providers.Review planned visits and schedules created by the dental/ancillary coordinators, including edits.Assist with daily updates for facility records and visits.Review schedule for field staff, ensuring all visits are covered logistically and to support the provider.Correspond with facility on patient and visit information.Deliver high quality and time sensitive information to all customersSubmit credentialing information to facilities for providers upon request.Provide prompt feedback to management on any facility concerns.Function at a high level of personal productivity.Actively supports and complies with all components of the compliance program, including, but not limited to, completion of training and reporting of suspected violations of law and Company policy.Maintains confidentiality of all information; abides with HIPAA and PHI guidelines at all times.Reacts positively to change and performs other duties as assigned.Excellent Customer Service SkillsElectronic Medical Records experience preferredMedical or Dental office experience preferredMust be proficient with Microsoft OfficeCritical thinking/Solutions-based skills required for a time sensitive environmentStrong oral and written communication skills requiredStrong time management skills and sense of urgency requiredAbility to multi-task and strong attention to detailExceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsWe will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
