JOB TITLE: Administrative AssistantJOB LOCATION: Boise - Non-remoteFUNCTION: Project management administrative supportREPORTING TO: Valnova, General ManagerKEY ACTIVITIES:Visualize, fulfill, and implement the company vision and core values.Public Entities Coordination including:ApplicationsSubmittalsApprovalsReimbursementsHOA and Design Review CoordinationMeeting Coordination, minutes and administration and follow-upBuilder compliance reviewReal estate Sales AdministrationEscrow period managementContract timeline administrationContract revisions facilitationInbound lead nurturingSubcontract Management including:Contract file maintenanceInitial setupUpdate of work performedSubcontractor paymentsLien releasesInsurance ComplianceBudget Maintenance including:Initial budgetBudget revisionsEstimated cost at completionTiming of spendGeneral duties including:Calendar coordinationMeeting minutesGeneral office needsPerform other duties as requiredKNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:Proficient in using the Microsoft SuiteFamiliar with Adobe SuiteFamiliar Blue BeamStrong understanding of planning administration project management administrationProficient in D365 construction related modulesHighly self-directed, with strong ability to adapt in uncertain environmentsEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:Experience in the real estate operations,real estate planning,process payments, etc.Some post high school education preferredPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:None
