Elevate your career by joining Nextech today!The HVAC/R Service Operations Manager will oversee the operations of the service department as well as HVAC Technicians. In this role, the candidate will work directly with the team to support staff, organize, direct, coordinate and control service activities to achieve outstanding customer service & brand recognition. The ideal candidate will have previous HVAC Technical experience, high-energy, and be an effective communicator.
