Building Maintenance Staff will be responsible for providing incredible guest service and member experiences through overall repair and facility maintenance, grounds upkeep. Beginners are welcome - while knowledge of maintenance is preferred, previous experience is not required for the position.Ideal candidates have flexible schedules with availability to work weekends and holidays, as needed.Our team has made a conscious effort to ensure strong protocols are in place to keep you and our patrons safe, so you can focus on the customer experience, camaraderie, and building management.For more information on our open opportunities, apply today ResponsibilitiesPerforms general repairs and maintenance for all areas, including but not limited to: electrical, mechanical, and structural aspects of the buildings and grounds.Maintains cleanliness and appearance of exterior of the facility including but not limited to: emptying trash cans and ashtrays, sweeping walkways, picking up litter, and arranging outdoor furniture.Maintains cleanliness and appearance of interior areas of the facility including but not limited to: emptying trash cans and ashtrays, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and arranging furniture.Identify and report to supervisor when supplies are needed.Regular and reliable attendPerforms other duties as required. Education and Experience RequirementsLess than high school education; or up to one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceAbility to read and speak English may be required in order to perform the duties of the job Working ConditionsFrequently stands, walks and sitsRegularly uses hands, pushes, pulls, reaches with arms and hands, talks and listensOccasionally climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crawls, crouchesRegularly lifts up to 25 pounds and occasionally lifts up to 50 poundsOccasionally works in wet or humid conditions, near moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particlesFrequently works in outdoor weather conditions.
