JOB REQUIREMENTS: Dematic is looking for an Employee Relations (ER)Specialist with previous employee relations experience, subject matterknowledge, strong communication (written / verbal) and interpersonalskills who will support the Americas region, focusing specifically onthe USA. This role is responsible to ensure Dematic has a clear andtransparent approach to Employee Relations ensuring employees concernsare taken seriously and investigated properly. This person serves as atrusted consultant and investigator by providing responsive andobjective guidance to proactively and consistently address employeeconcerns in a thorough, neutral and respectful manner. This person isresponsible for creating excellence and value through standardizingprocesses and making the data driven decisions. They stay informed onEmployee Relations best practices, use investigation data analytics tomake informed decisions, share trends and help shape the strategicdirection of this space. The base payrange for this role is estimated to be $75,000-$100,000 at the time ofposting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors suchas work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills. Tasksand Qualifications: What You Will do in This Role: Conduct thoroughinternal investigations of reported complaints, policy violations, andincidents in a neutral and respectful manner. Consult with HR businesspartners to determine if any protective measures are recommended whileinvestigations are ongoing. Provide recommendations based oninvestigation findings and consult HR leadership on next steps. Documentinvestigations thoroughly and in a timely manner. Consult and provideguidance to HR business partners and generalists in lower riskcomplaints to enhance knowledge and capabilities. Serve as the HRliaison to investigation stakeholders including HR, Legal, InternalAudit, Safety, Security, and Digital Forensics Manage investigationtracking method and report on trends.
