Applicant must be able to successfully complete maintenance, grounds keeping, and snow removal at our Rochester campus. Applicants must be knowledgeable in all aspects of groundskeeping, maintenance including areas of electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall repair, and knowledge in appliances and general HVAC. *This position will be an independent contractor (1099) and not an employee of Passavant Memorial Homes with a pay rate of $25.00 per hour.
