The Caregiver in Memory Care at Heritage Greens is responsible for the delivery of quality care by encouraging independence andensuring each resident’s physical, social, cultural, and intellectual well-being.Schedule: Part-time; Second shiftNursing Assistant Certification (CNA) or PCAcertificate requiredWhat will I do every day?Assist residents with simple requests as neededSupervise or assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, ambulation and other activitiesProvide companionship and develop strong resident relationsRespond to emergencies according to policies and proceduresDocument care provided to residents consistentProvide input to assure that resident individual service plans are currentReview 24 hour report and care check lists regularlyWhat will I need to be successful in this role?Bring a smile to work every dayBe a great team playerHigh school education or GED equivalent preferredNursing assistant course completionSpecial Requirements/Certifications I may need?First Aid certification and CPR, if requiredMust meet state training requirements and/or certificationsNC CNA licnese or 80 hour PCA certificate requiredWhat’s in it for me?
