Desktop Support Analyst

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in New Braunfels, Texas. This role requires a proactive individual who can provide technical expertise and ensure the seamless operation of desktop systems and applications. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver efficient solutions and support end-user needs. Responsibilities: u2022 Coordinate with analysts, designers, and system owners to test and implement new software programs and applications. u2022 Deploy pre-packaged software using automated deployment tools to streamline processes. u2022 Conduct thorough testing to ensure systems meet business requirements, resolve issues, and fulfill end-user expectations. u2022 Research emerging technologies, products, and protocols to enhance service desk operations and procurement efforts. u2022 Diagnose and resolve technical issues for end-users through onsite analysis or remote support, implementing corrective measures as needed. u2022 Develop and maintain training materials, user guides, and knowledge base documentation to support technician and end-user needs. u2022 Escalate unresolved incidents to appropriate technicians or vendors, ensuring accurate documentation is provided. u2022 Administer product and service contracts, including procurement, development, and service control processes. u2022 Maintain inventory records for equipment, tracking repairs and warranty services for hardware components. u2022 Manage equipment sent to repair depots and ensure proper handling of warranty or service contract items. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 3 years of experience in desktop support or a related field. u2022 Proficient in PC desktop and workstation management. u2022 Strong knowledge of Active Directory and desktop hardware. u2022 Expertise in Windows 10 and computer imaging processes. u2022 Experience with SCCM and Intune for system management. u2022 Skilled in using Office 365 and Citrix environments. u2022 Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively. u2022 Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
