Nurse Practitioner- Research

TMC is collaborating with a local Gastroenterology group to recruit a nurse practitioner who is passionate about research!The ideal candidate will be open to learning and possess a positive and upbeat demeanor. Previous research experience is not required. We are looking for either an acute care nurse practitioner or a family nurse practitioner.The office is located near TMC at Wyatt/Grant, where you would work with several other healthcare professionals including physicians, nurses, and other nurse practitioners.Hours can be flexible, ranging from 2-4 days per week. There are no nightshifts, weekends, holidays, or on-call responsibilities, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule!A qualified candidate will be able to perform the following tasks:Facilitate clinical studies involving liver medications, metabolic disorders, and obesity issuesCollaborate with primary care physicians to assist with patient care in relation to the above clinical studiesReview records, lab reports, and speak to patients in regards to their careProvide patient care in relation to the clinical study they are participating in
