Grand Adirondack Hotel, Lake Placid, a Tribute Portfolio HotelThis charming 92+ rooms resort/hotel with picturesque views of mountains and lakes in Northern New York seeks a solid Hotel Manager/Assistant General Manager. The best person for this role will be a Hotel Manager who is very hands on, with an active on-site management style, good relationship building skills and great references from previous employers. Someone who has the capability and skills of growing into a General Manager’s role within a years’ time. The Hotel Manager will be responsible for the operations and overall success of this property. He/she must be able to exceed planned objectives for revenue and profit and ensuring guest satisfaction and product quality. Your role is to achieve a superior guest service and product quality, as well as provide exemplary performance for staff to follow. Important Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury brands or similar style hotels as a Hotel Manager.Very proactive, visible in the hotel, and enjoy working with the owners.Must lead by example demonstrating self-confidence, energy, and enthusiasm.Achieve budgeted revenue and profit goals, balancing cost. Comply with all corporate accounting procedures. Meet or exceeds budgeted profit and margin for hotels.Perform hands-on duties as needed to deliver guest services. PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS Must possess outstanding communications, team leadership, and organizational skills. This candidate will have a demonstrated ability to exercise innovation in solving problems, manage deadlines and shifting priorities, and be highly organized. The individual chosen will possess excellent judgment, maturity, integrity, and the highest level of ethical standards. Wright Investments will perform a background check, MVR check, pre-employment drug screening, and participate in E-Verify. COMPENSATION Base salary and incentives will be commensurate with experience and will include a base salary as well as bonus. Relocation and other benefits are included in the compensation package
