You'll join a team that values collaboration, workplace flexibility, and long-term opportunity.What We Offer- Competitive base pay: $70,000 - $90,000 per year- Health, dental, and vision benefits- 401(k) with company match and disability coverage- Paid time off, sick time, and holidays- Tuition reimbursement and professional training- Recognition programs and growth opportunities- Free Calm membership for you and up to five othersWhat You'll Do- Provide relocation assistance services in compliance with the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970 and applicable project guidelines and regulations.- Support the Project Manager and project team throughout the right-of-way lifecycle for federally funded road projects.- Prepare real estate documents, conduct property ownership and boundary research, and coordinate with property owners and their representatives regarding relocations.- Perform administrative tasks such as preparing legal documents, reports, and correspondence; attending meetings; managing project files; and maintaining accurate data entry and documentation.- Engage in verbal and written communications with customers to provide high-quality customer service and ensure clear, professional interactions.- Potentially expand responsibilities to include real property acquisition and work on projects for various clients across the NYC boroughs, Long Island, and the lower Hudson Valley.We are looking for someone who- Works efficiently and effectively under tight deadlines- Can prioritize and balance multiple tasks- Demonstrates strong organization and planning skills- Is analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills- Thrives in a fast-paced administrative setting- Provides strong customer service experience- Can adapt to new systems and software environmentsMinimum Requirements- Minimum of one (1) yearof Right of experience performing relocations and acquisitions under a structured local, state, or federal program- Experience utilizing the Uniform Relocation Act- Must have an iOS or Android smartphone to be able to access ORC's systems- Valid Driver's LicenseRelocation and per diem are not providedReady to Apply? Substantial repetitive movements of the wrists, hands and/or fingers due to high amounts of computer usage and typing. Expected to spend long spans of time in front of a computer screen. Able to read, understand and interpret department related documents and data. This is a largely sedentary role; however, the employee is occasionally required to move about inside the office to access files, office equipment and to interact with other members of the staff.
