Associate Client Services Director

They are currently seeking an Associate Client Services Director who has creative agency experience and is curious, ambitious and driven to join the team for a 6 month freelance assignment for a leave coverage.Responsibilities:- Joining the current client services team to coordinate and contribute to strategy, design, marketing and experience projects- Oversee diverse creative industry project types and working autonomously and as part of a team while overseeing high-profile client relationships- Working in a relatively fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and interfacing with all client levels to maintain strong and long-lasting relationships - Engaging clients with enthusiasm and authenticity around the services we offer to bolster incremental business development- Working with clients to determine their creative and other marketing needs and identifying and presenting the agency's services that address evolving client needs- Assisting in the delivery of client projects, communicating closely with clients throughout the process- Negotiating timelines with clients and educating them about implications of changes to their schedule to ensure all deadlines are met- Coordinating workload, priorities and project planning with the wider team- Coordinating projects with third party suppliers as requiredRole expectations:- Someone who has a clear sense of Account Management best practices and can identify what needs to be done, as opposed to always looking to be told- You should be comfortable interacting with large, high profile clients- You should be highly efficient and have strong time management skills, able to juggle multiple projects at a time- You must be detail orientated and highly attentive, enabling you to listen diligently, take copious notes and read between the lines at times- You must maintain an understanding of client's products/services, target audience(s)/market, distribution, business performance and trends- You should never settle for mediocre and aspire to challenging goals You must love to work and put in the necessary effort to ensure the best quality product.- You must be respectful of coworkers, know when you don't know, be ok with being wrong, respectful to our clients and have common sense around appropriate work topics- You must protect the agency's profitability and understand how to manage estimated work/hours against actual hours to ensure an appropriate margin. You must understand what scope creep means and how to address it- You'll report to the Head of Client ServicesMandatory skills and experience:- 5+ years of agency, B2B or client-side experience within Account Management and marketing in the creative industry- Prior experience in a brand/creative agency is a must- Bachelors degree in marketing, advertising or equivalent field- Excellent business writing skills (e.g. memos, reports, plans and proposals) and presentation skills - Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a part of a teamIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.BenefitsCreative Circle's Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/vision/term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
