This job was posted by : For more information, please see: The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for responding in a timely, professional, and courteous manner to customer inquiries and complaints. The customer service representative will provide effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company programs and communicating effectively with team members within the customer service department. The Customer Service Representative will be required to attend training as needed. Must be fully vaccinated to be considered. **The hours for this position are as follows:** - Monday - 8:30 am 5:00 pm - Tuesday 8:30 am 5:00 pm - Wednesday Off - Thursday - Off - Friday - 8:30 am 5:00 pm - Saturday - 8:00 am 4:30 pm - Sunday - 7:30 am - 4:00 pm **Essential Duties/ Responsibilities** Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. **Duties include the following:** 1. Answers phone calls in a professional manner. 2. Maintain and fill schedules by matching caregiver skills to clients and their needs. Handles last-minute schedule changes and call-outs. 3. Be able to triage heavy phone volume. 4. Review and approve schedules daily to be submitted for billing and payroll. 5. Liaison between caregiver staff, clients, their families, and other back staff employees. 6. Able to learn new software and document ALL activities in a shared database. 7. Ability to handle stress and work well in a fast-paced environment. 8. Excellent and professional customer service skills. 9. Good critical thinking skills and the ability to work independently 10. Familiar with New Castle and Kent Counties for mapping locations. 11. Performs other related duties as assigned.
