The ERP Specialist will support requests, build processes and tools that will ensure that system users get the information they need through system reporting, and access to the data through properly configured access roles and application security. Respond to assigned tickets as an escalation point person for internal customers requiring IT platform support on the Deltek Vision platformConsult internal users on, create, update, and support reports that preset information from the platformCreate workflow processes and customization of dashboards and reportingParticipate in the design, development, and operational enhancements for Deltek VisionDesigning, supporting, and ensuring accuracy of new data imports and exportsAssist in the develop standards for data analysis, the development of reports and provide summaries and feedback to managementProject Management/Resource PlanningDevelop workflows and customize the program to meet company needsDocument and develop technical process manuals, and/or SOPs for help desk efficiencyTroubleshoot and provide resolution to any issues within Deltek VisionRecord trainings and update training videos to supplement the Deltek Learning Zone20-30% TravelRequirements:Bachelor’s Business/Finance/Accounting, Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology and/or combination of training and professional experience2+ years of system management and troubleshooting experiencePreferred Qualifications:Minimum 1 years of experience in ERP SystemsMinimum 1 year experience using SQL Server Reporting ServicesMinimum 1 year experience using SQL Server Management StudioProficient in Excel (Formulas, Charts, VLOOKUP’s, Pivot Tables, Formatting), basic proficiency in Word, OutlookAbility to easily and simply communicate both written and orally with key stakeholdersClose attention to detail and accuracy and design to corresponding specificationAble to work under minimal supervision and be self-directed with workloadAbility to manage time effectively to meet deadlines and requirements accordinglyCertifications: MCSE, NETWORK +, ITIL, COBIT, VCP-DCVCloud and data center disaster recoveryITIL experience#LI-JW1● This position requires occasional domestic overnight travel, approximately 10% to 20% of the time, to support business objectives and client engagements. Travel may be both scheduled and on short notice, depending on project needs. Destinations typically include job sites, field locations, or regional offices, where work may be conducted in outdoor or operational environments.
