The Hospitality Services Manager is responsible for the delivery of exceptional customer service designed to reinforce and enhance resident and family experience, satisfaction and loyalty.Availability: Full-Time including 1 weekend dayWhat will I do every day?Manage and improve resident and family satisfaction and loyaltyProactively identify and address resident challenges and opportunities for improvementOversee a smooth and customer service-focused front deskMotivate and lead a high-performance Customer Service teamExecute the move-in and welcome, transfer, and move-out processes of residents effectivelyManage the department budgetHelp coordinate resident focus group meetingsAssists the resident in the selection and placement of furniture for his/her new homeWhat will I need to be successful in this role?Excellent Customer Service and communication skillsHigh school graduate or GED is required, bachelor’s degree preferredA minimum of 3 years of experience customer service or guest relationsA minimum of 2 years’ supervisory experienceExperience in accounting and familiarity with accounting terms and principals preferredWhat’s in it for me?
