At St. Luke’s, our dedicated team of Certified Medical Assistants strive to build a positive, supportive, and inclusive culture that delivers exceptional patient experiences in the Meridian Pain Management ClinicWhat you can expect from this roleA full time schedule of Monday through Thursday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch break); Friday, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM.Prepare and room patients efficiently, ensuring accurate documentation and a welcoming environment.Conduct frequent urine drug screens and assist with occasional in-office injections.Manage inbasket communications, telephone calls, telehealth, and video visits.Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient health records with strong attention to detail.Support providers in coordinating follow-up visits and patient care tasks.Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth clinic flow and excellent patient experiences.QualificationsEducationHigh School Diploma or equivalentCertificationsCurrent BLS-CPR Certification from the American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association or American Red CrossCurrent recognized National Certification as a Medical Assistant from one of the following: NCCT, NAHP, AMT, AAMA, AMCA, or NHAAt St. Luke’s, caring for people in the communities we serve is our mission - and this includes our own SLHS team.
