The successful candidate will have strong domain expertise in fields such as security, compliance, migration, scale and experience in creating and growing a business including working with cross functional teams across product, engineering, sales and marketing. In this role, you will work with customers to understand their use cases and requirementssales and support to understand the business demandleadership team to developer strategy and business cases, and report on themproduct managers and engineers to create deliver feature roadmapsIn this role you will have:10+ years experience working in product roles, preferably in enterprise businessPractical product knowledge of common enterprise requirements including security, compliance, hybrid, migration, performance and scale etcGreat writing and presentation skills and experience in developing compelling strategy narratives for leadership teamThe ability to deal with ambiguities and identify problems and opportunities for the businessStrong cloud technology platform foundational knowledgeThe skills to connect business needs with platform and technology capabilitiesDemonstrable experience across the product lifecycle - strategy, roadmap planning, delivery, and monitoring / growth.CompensationAt Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:Zone A: $224,100 - $292,575Zone B: $202,500 - $264,375Zone C: $186,300 - $243,225This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.Please visit go.atlassian.com/payzones for more information on which locations are included in each of our geographic pay zones.
