We want you to apply Job Summary and Qualifications JOB TITLE u2013 Managed Services Onboarding Specialist GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES: The Onboarding Specialist provides onboarding support by assisting recruiters, hiring managers and new employees with the onboarding process. SUPERVISES u2013 None ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: u00b7 Facilitates a seamless new hire on-boarding process for new and existing candidates u00b7 Act as a key contact for all issues related to on-boarding and monitors progress, works with clinicians when needed to coordinate on-boarding efforts. Also, includes interdepartmental communication with Administration, and credentialing to ensure a smooth hiring process for the new candidates u00b7 Sending out new hire welcome packets containing required payroll forms, I-9s, benefits information, and other basic company information; u00b7 Provides continual professional contact with the new hire on instruction for each onboarding requirement u00b7 Coordinating and tracking pre-employment screening requirements such as background checks, drug screens; u00b7 Act as a resource for new employee's general questions; u00b7 Ensure all required onboarding paperwork is complete and filed u00b7 Works closely with recruiting and credentialing department u00b7 Manages electronic new hire Onboarding system. u00b7 Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES u2013 This position requires the following minimal requirements: u00b7 Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of personnel, Ability to execute tasks independently. u00b7 Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive data. u00b7 Excellent organization and time management skills to handle multiple tasks in an environment with large volumes of data and paperwork. u00b7 Significant attention to detail required. u00b7 Must demonstrate ability to work in a team environment.. u00b7 Must demonstrate effective oral communication skills with good vocabulary, good grammar and a passion for excellence in customer service u00b7 Displays professionalism through sound judgment, initiative, flexibility, and attention to detail u00b7 Metric focused u00b7 Highly proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel u00b7 Ability to appropriately prioritize tasks and provide detailed documentation/ follow ups (time management) u00b7 Works effectively under stress u00b7 Must have great time-management skills u00b7 Must be self-motivated and comfortable working with deadlines u00b7 Must be an effective communicator and flexible with constantly changing priorities u00b7 Outstanding customer service skills EDUCATION u2013High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required; College Degree or coursework preferred EXPERIENCE u2013 Prefer 1-2 years experience in recruiting environment CERTIFICATE/LICENSE u2013 None PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS u2013 u00b7 Exert up to 20 lbs force occasionally and/or up to 10 lbs frequently u00b7 Requires prolonged sitting and some bending, stooping, and stretching. u00b7 Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator, and other office equipment. u00b7 Requires the perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction; ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, and to make the discriminations in sound. u00b7 Requires normal range of eyesight to record, prepare, and communicate appropriate reports. u00b7 Requires dexterity to type. u00b7 Work is performed in and office environment and involves frequent contact with staff and the public.
