Salesforce Architect

Job Description We are currently hiring for a Salesforce Architect supporting a program within the Department of Energy. In this role, you will lead the design and development of custom solutions on the platform, leveraging Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, integrations, and out-of-the-box tools. Daily responsibilities include gathering and refining business requirements, creating specifications, process flows, and overseeing application design, configuration, and testing. You will provide technical expertise throughout planning, implementation, and delivery, while offering hands-on support for building and maintaining CRM platforms, Communities, and Sites. This includes leading technical strategy and design workshops, administering complex configurations and integrations, and ensuring compliance through security documentation and controls. You will develop reusable code and documentation, review technical implementations for adherence to best practices, and make system enhancements based on evolving business needs. Additionally, you will collaborate with stakeholders to align technology solutions with strategic objectives, drive client goals to completion, and mentor Salesforce developers by providing guidance and feedback.
