We offer an integrated approach to patient care, as the pharmacy team collaborates closely with the doctors and nurses in the healthcare center. The pharmacy team will be an integral part of the care team for each patient. So, you would have a direct hand in improving outcomes. This document in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee occupying this position):Assist pharmacists in providing accurate, timely, appropriate, and compliant pharmacy services as per local/federal regulations and company policies and proceduresEnter patient data and prescription information accurately and efficientlyProvide compassionate and attentive customer serviceAnswer telephones expediently and courteouslyOperate POS and ring sales accuratelyDemonstrate proficiency, sensitivity, and a sense of urgency during all phone and on-site interactionsComplete tasks in an organized, accurate and efficient mannerThink and act proactivelyDemonstrate the utmost professionalism at all timesOther duties as assignedSuccessful candidates will possess the following education and experience necessary for this position:Required Education and Experience:High School Diploma/GEDCurrent/Clear Washington State Technician registration.Minimum of 2 years’ Pharmacy Technician experience in a retail pharmacy preferrablyPreferred Qualifications:Ability to operate various pharmacy software programs/equipment proficientlyNationally certified by PTCB is a PLUS, or the ability to obtain certification within 6 months of hire.
