LPN for Senior Living Community

Homestead Health Care is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse for one of our Community in Allen Park. The LPN will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their well-being, and maintaining a supportive and nurturing environment. Responsibilities:Provide direct nursing care to residents.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Communication with pharmacies.Monitor and assess residents' health status, noting any changes and reporting them promptly, maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records.Leading our resident assistants and med techs to ensure superior care (patient assessments, audits, and staff training).Supervise and support Caregivers in delivering care.Respond to emergencies and provide first aid as needed.Requirements/Qualifications:Current and valid LPN license in Michigan.
