Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for an energetic and creative Marketing & Outreach Coordinator to help strengthen our brand presence, build partnerships, and enhance community engagement through social media, events, and professional networks. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional eager to learn, grow, and represent our organization at industry events.Lead planning and execution of marketing campaigns and social media strategies (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, etc.).Manage coordination of conferences, tradeshows, and networking events.Create marketing materials (flyers, posts, newsletters, etc.) in collaboration with design/communications teams.Drive social media content calendar and analytics to track engagement.Support proposal and BD teams by maintaining corporate capability decks and marketing collateral.Research and identify partnership and visibility opportunities within the GovCon/Health IT community.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.1-3 years of relevant experience (internships or part-time roles acceptable).Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident in representing the organization externally.Proficiency with social media platforms, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite.Self-starter with enthusiasm for learning and collaborating across teams.
