The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, data modeling, and data engineering, with hands-on experience in AWS cloud services, Python programming, and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). Youâll play a key role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions across the organization. Collaborating with cross-functional teams within Electric Delivery and IT to build analytics solutions for Electric Operations (Transmission, Substation and Distribution) identifying trends and patterns to predict the probability of an asset failing, show degradation of asset performance compared to its peers, and define the risks associated with an asset failing. Creating âwhat ifâ scenarios to recommended asset management replacement plans that would impact reliability by projecting of how assets will age and the impacts on deferring or accelerating maintenance or capital spend. , Developing project plans for analytical studies, helping secure the resources necessary to achieve plan and work with the team to execute the study.Job Responsibilities: Collect, summarize, and analyze various operational, non-operational data for electric inside and outside plant.Identify valuable data sources and optimize data pipelines to ensure data quality, integrity, and security.Transform data to uncover patterns, develop trends, and define analytics solutions that support decisions related to asset design, maintenance, and replacement strategiesDeliver insights that contribute to electric system reliability improvements by analyzing operational and non-operational data.Apply statistical analysis and data mining techniques to validate assumptions and build terpreting the data to discover solutions, identify opportunities and support decision making.Effectively communicate results and insights to subject matter experts and cross-functional teams.Support business adoption of technology solutions.
