Senior Manager, Accounts Receivable

Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Accounts Receivable to join our team in Addison, Texas. This is a Contract position where you will oversee critical billing and collections processes, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance. The role requires strong leadership capabilities and a deep understanding of accounts receivable functions. Responsibilities: u2022 Supervise and guide the accounts receivable team to ensure timely and accurate billing and collections. u2022 Develop and implement effective processes and templates to streamline AR operations. u2022 Monitor and analyze accounts receivable metrics to identify trends and improve performance. u2022 Collaborate with other departments to address billing discrepancies and ensure proper account reconciliation. u2022 Establish and maintain salary structures for the accounts receivable team, ensuring alignment with organizational standards. u2022 Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies in all AR activities. u2022 Prepare detailed reports on AR activities and present findings to senior leadership. u2022 Manage onsite operations to address any immediate challenges related to accounts receivable. u2022 Lead initiatives to optimize AR workflows and improve efficiency. u2022 Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in accounts receivable management or a related financial role. u2022 Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team. u2022 Proficiency in developing AR templates and managing financial data. u2022 Familiarity with compliance standards and regulations related to accounts receivable. u2022 Excellent analytical skills for interpreting financial metrics and creating actionable strategies. u2022 Ability to collaborate effectively across departments to resolve billing and reconciliation issues. u2022 Experience in managing onsite operations and addressing real-time challenges. u2022 Exceptional communication skills for presenting reports and providing training.
