Full job description Seeking leadership-minded, initiative taking, Administrative Assistant to ensure compliance with operating procedures, standards of total client satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. The Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the team and enhancing overall efficiency. Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow. Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records. Employee onboarding and performance management. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Invoice entry and AR in QuickBooks Requirements Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Proficient in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Applications, etc.). Proficient in QuickBooks. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is advantageous.
