Financial Leadership and Oversight:Provide strategic direction and management of all financial operations for Enterprise Technology, including financial planning, reporting, budget management, accounting, and compliance with university policies and procedures. Partner with ET leadership to align budgets and financial strategies with institutional goals.Strategic Financial Initiatives:Lead and manage strategic financial initiatives that support ETs operational and fiscal objectives, including the Core Bill Review Project, the Maintenance of Effort (MOE) process, and one-time funded project budgeting. Develop and present business cases to guide executive decision-making and ensure long-term financial sustainability.Operational Excellence and Process Improvement:Oversee financial operations across all ET units, ensuring compliance and consistency in business practices. Collaborate with University Business Services to ensure standardized processes that promote efficiency, transparency, and effectiveness in financial management are being stitutional Representation and Collaboration:Serve as the Chief Business Officer for Enterprise Technology, representing ET on university committees including CUBO. Partner with the University CFO Office and senior leadership to prepare financial analyses, forecasts, and reports that support short- and long-term institutional strategies.Perform other related functions as assigned.
